| Q | How long will the delivery of furniture take? |
| A | Our custom-made furniture is made and imported from the Shunde district of China. This is why special order furniture may take between 12 and 16 weeks for delivery. However, you can rest assured it is of the highest quality and has less than zero impact on our environment. |
| Q | When will my order arrive? |
| A | We always process your order with the greatest efficiency possible. If your order is a part of the Aveda Retailing System by etopa in clear finish maple, then it should be available within five to seven business days. If an item is on backorder, then it will be shipped to you as soon as it is received. Of course the shipping time will depend on the specific type of shipping method paid for. If the order is a special finish (anything other than clear finish maple) delivery can take anywhere from 12 to 16 weeks from the time your deposit is received. |
| Q | What if my order includes several items with different availabilities? |
| A | You can place your order with your regional sales consultant, and they will coordinate with vendors to have your items drop shipped to your place of business. |
| Q | Do I need an architect to complete my construction if etopa provides the space planning design? |
| A | etopa highly recommends using an architect. etopa provides space planning for your new or existing space. We provide our clients with space planning based on revenue generating recommendations . If your state and county authorities require an architects approval, then you must have an architects stamp on your drawing. We can provide your local architect with our Auto Cad drawing; this means they do not have to design from the beginning of the process, which in turn saves you money. If needed, etopa has a group of architects we will be happy to introduce you to. |
| Q | What type of warranty does etopa provide? |
| A | etopa offers a one year warranty on all etopa-made items. If the item is damaged upon delivery, we will replace it. If the item breaks within the first year, then etopa will make the repairs. If we puchase an item from another vendor, the vendor's warranty will apply. |
